Anyone still seeing billing errors on their bills? My KWH have tripled and they don't return calls

I had issues from October through February. I submitted an informal complaint with the Public Utility Commission after numerous calls to PPL.

The response from the PUC was even slower than PPL, but I think it helped me feel better. PPL issued credit for my prior over charges. What a hassle.
