Great pictures guys!!! Man, I wish we could do it all over again this morning!!!!
Sorry you couldn't make it arfarf and JCKnife.... hopefully there will be a late winter / Spring shoot again  BTW, anyone know of a good "free" video web hosting site. I know You tube of course, but I need one that allows widescreen high definition videos, You tube shrinks them down and downgrades them so much, would rather not use them. |

I'm pissed after looking at my pics, I wanted some brass flying pictures for once, and I had taken a bunch of Aw4ever, Jdogs and Kryten....but I totally flubbed the camera settings and the pics were screwed up  Something I need to practice I guess.VIDEO - ARFCOM KENTUCKY SHOOT - 9/20/2008                     <<<< THAT IS ONE LUCKY MAN!!!!!!

I definitely wouldn't say the person knows what he was doing if you could have seen the photos I screwed up, lol. But the pictures I didn't mess up........well, photoshop's ( or Lightroom's ) batch processing and sharpening is a camera's best friend, lol

Just added a video of my friend shooting. Thanks to everyone that made this a great first range experience for her. Lots of guys let her shoot their toys, provided cars to shoot at, gave her food to give her strength to hold up those heavy guns, mixed tannerite for her viewing pleasure, and put the effort into coordinating the shoot to begin with. Thanks to everyone!

I had a good time there Saturday! Thanks for the setup.Would have been cool to help shootup the cars but they ended up all the way to the left and the range nazi wouldnt let us shoot that far over,obviously.Wish I had gotten to talk to more of you.
The coolest thing on saturday was a couple from Australia.They came there just for the experience of shooting a gun.They have very little rights to own guns there and had to come halfway around the world to do it in our own backyard.We take that for granted,think about it when you cast your vote.He had rented a range gun from the store and a range officer was instructing him on how to handle and shoot the gun.She was just a spectator and was enthisiastic about it but scared. So being the gracious host and ambassador for not only Ar15.com,but our country, I let him shoot a few mags through some of my MP5s.He had a great time. I figure I would wait to let him shoot the 51 next time..... |

Great video, Chad! Love the slow-mo action on the propane tank and susequent charges, that was cool!
Nice one Jeep! I have to say, I NEVER would have imagined an Arfcom shoot video with.........Cindi Lauper as the background music, hahaha, that's classic! Looks like your friend had a great time, hope the bruises heal quick, lol. |

Good job, Rex!! Sorry you didn't get to play down on our side I was wondering where you went to. Was that couple in town for the Ryder Cup? I know I heard a ton of Aussies when I went for one of the practice rounds on Thursday. Pretty nice that they found their way to good ole Knob Creek!

Really had a phenomenal time guys. Thanks to everyone who let me molest their valued firearms. I really couldn't of had a better time. Your the man for putting this thing together Stump. And Bob and John your M16's were the sweetest things I've ever shot, hands down(everything I knew it would be). It was great meeting everyone and can't wait to do it again, thanks again.

This is my first edited video....and was shot with a Canon Digital Camera that has video capability.....I need to figure out how to adjust the sound sensitivity....plus, the software I'm using is new also...
