Between 2A issues, lockdowns, masks, and now vax tied to freedoms... This A-Hole has clearly found a group of leftists he has surrounded himself with. Do universities have degrees for buttering up to marginal Republicans and flipping them with peer pressure? I know DeWine is an asshole.. but this happens all the time over the entire country in every level of government. It is maddening.

At this point I'm pretty sure that anyone in my AO who wants the vaccine has gotten one. I don't understand the ongoing masks, business capacity restrictions, bans on gatherings, etc... At this point I think that the un-vaccinated folks are folks who don't want the vaccine anyway. Why shouldn't we be able to pull a Texas or Florida at this point and just open back up? Are there other parts of the state where people are still lining up for a limited amount of doses? Am I missing something?

Vaccine? "No, thank you."
My cousin and his wife haven't eaten out once since the whole COVID nonsense started last year. And they won't consider eating out "until it's over", and even then only in outdoor settings. They chastised me the last time I visited because I hadn't gotten the vaccine and wasn't even remotely considering it. Needless to say, they're not getting an invitation to the annual family reunion if they keep up their poor behavior. It would be nice to see Ohio push back by making digital vaccine passports illegal here, like Florida and a few other states are doing. But, I dream... DeWine is more screaming Karen than responsible governor. If he wasn't, Ohio would never have shut down in the first place. Time to primary his senile ass next year. Bobblehead Mike has to go! |

From the sounds of it, I don't think you have to worry about inviting them. Even if they did consider showing, just tell them the neighbor has covid and they will abort any idea of visiting.
