Has anyone else seen this? PSA won't ship their new open-through-front knife to Iowa. Apparently it is because you have to have a CCW to carry it? And Iowa is constitutional carry?

Tried to buy an OTF from Optics Planet several years ago. They cancelled it as I didn’t have LEO credentials or something similar. It’s not that it’s illegal to carry in Iowa, it’s shipping across state lines that’s illegal IIRC. You can buy them at in state retailers. Seems like a lot of retailers don’t care anymore.

There was a thread in the PSA Industry Forum on this, with many states. PSA stated that they could not ship to "XX", even though legal.
