Sorry, these are pretty basic but I’m having a hard time finding the info online.

How much does it cost for a non resident permit?

What is the turnaround time? If I apply today when should I expect to be permitted to carry?

By law up to 90 days. But the Ag commissioner is doing things to hold them up. So make sure you have everything perfect when you submit.
