Looks like a data center disguised as a home. I have been in a few telecom sites built like that. Little too rich for my salary.

Old AT&T site judging by the Cad Records but it’s a first time I’ve ever seen property like that for sale :)

You should see some of the underground bunker type locations. Built in the Cold War era. They have decontamination showers, blast doors and kitchens. The only thing above ground looks like a small garage. Lights, toilets and everything mounted on springs.
