Just moved to the Bartlesville area and wanted to stop in and say hello. If there are ever any regional events, might be fun to meet some folks.

Thank you all. What fall hunting is popular here in NE Oklahoma? Are there feral hogs here?

There’s loads of them up by Kerr lake. Teal seems to be already flying dove haven’t quite made it this far south. But they may be thicker North of me. Bow season is October first. If you can’t find a place to hunt your just not trying we have lots of public land.

Welcome! Welcome! I'm from Rogers county about 45 minutes southeast of Bartlesville.
I'm saving up for some decent thermal to make it a little easier to thin them out.

I almost bought a ATN the other day for $1,000.00. Now I'm glad I didn't with this unplanned two week vacation. I've got a Pulsar D50 that's pretty solid. We have finally thinned them down here to where one two have showed themselves in the last six or so months. Though the ATN would have been fun on my Umarex Origen.
I think that's the most hair I've seen on a pig in awhile. Recon it's going to be a cold winter? The two doe's we've culled were super furry. You'd make a cut and the hair would literally fly.

What type of gun events are you looking for? There’s a few Run n Gun events, one in Pawnee and one in Ardmore. The match directors and all the participants are great people and the events themselves are a lot of fun.
