So the concealed carry websites say permitless.

Looked on Kansas AG website nothing  aout it.

Guys where I work say I have to have a permit.

I suspect permitless but haven't found documentation for that yet.  Please point me in the right direction.

And is there a reason to get a permit if constitutional carry exists.

Thanks my fellow Kansans!

Pretty much if you want to carry you can do so.

The permit has value when you're traveling out of state.

Last time I read KS constitutional carry law, If you are legal to buy and own a handgun; it can be concealed carried.

Thanks.  That's where I started but boots on the ground were contradicting that info, hence the thread.

The thing constitutional carry doesn't cover is carrying within 1000' of a school, a federal law.

Try going through any town of decent size and not getting within 1000' of a school.

That may or may not be valid but I doubt anyone's been charged unless they were in a criminal gun fight or criminal activity.
