The only information I can find on this is from liberal news sources. What does that actually mean? Are they adding rural areas to urban areas to dilute the conservative vote? Is there a legitimate reason for this?

The one map I saw changed my US House district from Ashe and Watauga to Ashe and Wilkes. Not sure why it changed
