has anyone actually received this?

if i read it right, all you had to do was to stay current with your state income taxes.

if i remember i heard about it on a public service announcement when gas prices started going crazy.

google "new mexico gas rebate" and try to make some sense of it.

OK, I was understanding gas as in natural gas kinda like the AK rebate, not gasoline, but we did receive a $500 in July, I was not expecting it, I still have the check as I did an electronic deposit, it's a regular state issued check, does not even mention gas or anything about a rebate on it.

It's actually called a income tax rebate.
