Sounds like they may not want to move the office.... they're just moving where they're incorporated.
But I suspect the low cost of doing business in TX will suck them down eventually. |

Ever wonder why so many businesses are incorporated in Delaware? Because Delaware is very friendly to corporations and has been for years. Texas is not far behind, might even be slightly better now. |
