Not sure what service you are looking for but I mailed mine to Battlewerx on a Wednesday evening and had it back the following Thursday.  That was just for the cut only, no refinishing.  David

C&R Firearms in Manassas probably has the capability to do that, but otherwise I wouldn't trust most shops in NOVA to be able to do it. Most people do this kind of work over the mail with reputable shops like Jagerwerks, Battle Werx, ATEI, etc.
