Arrests made in April: Authorities said the arrests by the New Jersey State Police Weapons Trafficking Unit happened on April 11, but the state Attorney General's Office did not issue its announcement of the bust until May 8.

What police said: State officials did not say where the two people allegedly obtained the guns or where authorities think they were taking them.
