I’ve used Downriver Guns in Brownstown. Did it in about 10 minutes.

Reach out to Dakota Tactical. I know they have a laser engraver, but I am not sure if they are doing NFA engravings.

Another vote for Downriver Guns. I went in there last week to get my lower engraved. They had it back in my hands before I was done browsing the store. The employee that does the engraving is only in the store Monday, Wednesday and Friday though, keep that in mind.
