Anyone on the eastern half have a registered 60mm mortar? Or 81mm? I am thinking of doing a Form 1 build. I would literally pay for a chance to see a round going downrange before I jump on this wagon.

Okay, different question.  Has ANYONE here determined if DD's are legal in MO?  RSMO 571.020 seems to prohibit devices designed or adapted to delivering or shooting an "Explosive Weapon." Since my uses would just be training projectiles, and maybe smoke/illumination, I am wondering if that is enough to state that the mortar itself is not prohibited.

Based on some of the fireworks I've seen here, I'd say getting the licensing to have/shoot big show fireworks is the ticket you're after.
