Well, being one who follows the rules, so what?
And.....with the lack of police patrolling my area ticketing the idiot drivers that have to be first, have to be in front, and grossly exceed the speed limit that's already too high, I'm not that bothered by it at all. I WOULD prefer to see more patrol cars on the streets though. |
