Go vote republican this November.
They suck as a group, but a bill like that is much less likely to pass if they're in the majority. |

Won't withstand SCOTUS if it gets that far... magazines holding more than 10 are "in common usage" (Heller) and there's "no long standing precedent in U.S. gun laws" on magazine capacity (Bruen)...

Both Houses in Michigan are controlled by Republicans, so I'm thinking this bill will go nowhere.

Now that the legislature has gone blue I don't have much hope that such a bill won't pass. States are ignoring the SCOTUS decisions of late and enacting laws that are bouncing back and forth in the courts. The parties with the deepest pockets will prevail. How long before gun rights groups fail to keep up with the onslaught the Bloombergs and Soros' and like.
