What makes that beach so unsafe? Nothing like an $80k "study" to determine how to spend even MORE money.

Sounds like some people died because they were not good swimmers and put themselves in danger and died. SO make everyone pay for the stupidity of an individual.

I understand only 2 of Milwaukees beaches will be open for swimming this summer.
Cause, can't get lifeguards, nobody wants to work. |

Only 2 county pools and the waterparks will be open and staffed. The splash pads will be open too as those only need to be turned on and off. |
