I've had really good luck with the Aero kits and the ALG/Geissele kits.

I have a few new Palmetto State Armory kits.. Not sure if you would consider them high end, but they don't come with a trigger.
Edit: mine may have the grip though.. The previous post matches your criteria better.. |

I have a an F-1 Firearms lpk with no complaints. They are a little more $$ but they are nice. Mine didn't come with the trigger, grip or buffer tube.
