I really like it. I'm about 8 miles outside Martinsville. Better property tax rates the Marion or Johnson Counties. Big time GOP County. Pretty rural terrain unless you are right in town.

That's what I like to hear,we'll be there Saturday looking at homes right off of rt39 north of town.

I Wouldn’t be afraid to look all around Morgan county, further away from
Marion/ Monroe county the better. |

Nice land in Brown; hunt several spots in it but as a small business owner I'd much rather deal with the .gov in Morgan.

Go farther south in the State.
Cheap living, hills, rural and redneck, but Louisville is still within striking distance for hospitals, etc....... |
