No.  Lever guns are specifically exempted from the AWB.  Lever action tubular magazine are specifically exempted from the Magazine ban.

Regardless of round count. Do you still have to go thru the new requirements training etc....?

I’ll pass on a lever action rifle/carbine. Nothing wrong with them, just not my preferred weapon type.

Why would they be?  "threaded barrel" is a defining feature for an "assault weapon" only, which is either 1.) specifically named, 2.) under 30" OAL, 3.) A SEMI AUTO Center Fire rifle that takes detachable mags, or a 4.)Semi Auto Pistol.  The law specifically says that Lever Guns and Bolt Guns can NEVER be an "assault weapon", no matter how many of those features you add to it.

Won't matter on 7/23/2023 or later, as you'll be banned from buying any ammo, reloading supplies or even parts for your lever or bolt gun.  But it won't be an AW!

Bill 5078?
While maybe not quite as bad as what you describe I do think this is the worst bill the antis passed this session.
Big places such as cabelas or bass pro probably won't get hurt too badly.
The small shops will, for the most part, eventually disappear.
