Are off duty out of state officers exempt from the greater than 10 cap mag ban? No pre ban mags for my LCP Max. Do tourist attractions in Boston have metal detectors? Coming up for a short visit. thx

I can't answer your gun question, but I haven't been to any tourist place in Boston that has metal detectors. Maybe some of the museums.

Also to add . . . LEOSA does NOT address magazine capacity, thus retirees (like myself, a retired MA LEO) can't possess Post-ban >10 rd mags in MA! |
