Kinda cool looking range toy. Like a poor man’s mp7. Besides 30rds, any chance it’s ct legal?

collapsible stock is the problem.  There is a company that makes mag limiters for the magazines.

It's a rimfire semiautomatic detachable magazine rifle with a pistol grip which means it cannot have any other feature from the old law's two evil feature rifle ban list. In this case it cannot have a collapsible stock and cannot have a threaded barrel. Fix the stock, pin/weld a brake or compensator (or cap) on the threads.

Or start with pistol and use brace, and no threaded muzzle?

Shortening the barrel to 12 inches (or less) to make it a pistol under CT law presents some possible AWB ban issues.
Barrel "shroud"
Threaded barrel

Then there is the looming ATF brace rule. And the whole ATF over all length issue that could come into play.

Oh and if a rifle, the over all length at 29.9 is under 30 inches so that would also ban it in CT.
