I enjoyed the July 10 gun show. Yes it had way too much non gun related crap. And prices for guns and ammo were still off the charts stupid. But I did get what I went after and that was some 1911 officer Sambar stag grips. Probably paid more than I should have $219.00 but I wanted them and its still banned from import.  Yes there were still people there that seemed had not showered in days, and plenty of old man buggies to dodge. But it was fun. Brought back fond memories of my dad and me going. He passed away in February and not a day goes by that I don.t think about him and miss him with all heart. Love and enjoy your parents while you can they are gone far too soon.

Every time I attend a gun show it brings back memories of going with my dad. My dad is still alive but has severe back problems and cant walk around like he used to. I always take a couple of my sons with me whenever I go so they can have the same found memories I do.
