The Chicago media (WLS radio) is trying to spin this that the judge's ruling only applies to the plantiff who brought the case.
I believe that is false as the judge declared the extension to be unconstitutional. If it is unconstitutional for one citizen of Illinois, then it must be unconstitutional for all, or it violates equal protection clause. And yes, Jabba The Gov is PISSED. |

what ever the results in November's election the dems just don't realize that they don't have unlimited power. That we still have a process, a Constitution, a legal system that has to be followed. They also don't realize that they keep pissing off the citizens.

So the judge ruled the stay-at-home order was a violation Bailey's civil rights and the order now applies to everyone but Bailey?

The Bailey ruling only applies to him. It was the only way to get this case fast tracked. That being done, with that ruling, the next case has been filed by the same lawyer and another R. Rep. Cabello has filed another case against Pizzer on behalf of all residents. They will use ruling in Bailey case to argue the Cabello case.
