For those who may have listened to Jay on the now defunct WTKK, Michael Graham is reporting via his Twitter timeline (ConservativeNotCrazy@IAMMGraham) that Jay has passed.
I listened to his show almost every day during my afternoon commute. Didn't always agree with his analysis, but learned a lot about how campaigns are run, polling is done and government in general. RIP, Jay. |

I listened to him often. He had a great command of the English language. |
