Based solely on the truck drivers video I saw, I would describe it as nothing less than a miracle that there’s no serious injuries.

lucky nothing fell on anyone, I suspect these stacks are designed to be above surrounding things and vent upward, them exploding is not uncommon. one went up at an IP mill in florida a couple years ago too.
