You’re good to go. It’s up to the dealer to transfer or not. I would recommend talking with the FFL to make sure they will accept it and mostly to make sure they are open and available to accept it. With everything going on with this virus most dealers are doing limited hours.

On your end your good, the transfer/sale falls on the dealer, not you.

Baker and Healey shut down FFL's the other day.  Hopefully the recipient has a guy that will take it for him.
