I am going to be in Texas from April 15th to 23rd.
I am looking for s shotgun range where I can rent a shotgun and shoot some skeet and sporting clay, any recommendations?
Also, interested in a ARFCOM get together, grab a bite, or drink?

I am going to stay at Duncanville - Dallas area.

I don't do a lot of shotgun shooting these days, but always liked the setup at https://elmfork.com/

That is not close to Duncanville, which is on the south side of town, so maybe someone will chime in on what is down that way. I'm up in the DFW area.

Always  up for a meet up if schedules permit.

Alpine in south Fort Worth?  I haven't been out there in 25 years but fooled around a lot out there as a teen.  Is there someone in FW that knows the current status?

Have fun in Drunkenville!

txgunrange.com in between Midlothian and Mansfield off Hwy 287 is a smallish shooting range that allows clay shooting, but I don’t know if they rent shotguns. I think they’re open only from Thurs to Sunday. It’s about a 30-45 minute drive southwest of Duncanville.

Elm Fork is open to the public and rents shotguns.

Elm Fork would be my recommendation.

Thanks for the Elm Fork recommendation, I'll be there Saturday, busting clays.

Interesting in a meet up on Sunday, say lunch time?

I will be at Elm Fork on Sunday shooting in their registered NSCA tournament.  I'd be there otherwise.

Enjoy your shooting!

It was fun at Elm Fork, spend over $100 there, clays, gun rental, and ammo, worth every penny of it.

Thanks for suggesting the range.
I shall be in Arlington tomorrow, someone suggested a good BBQ joint there, dying for some Texas BBQ Beed ribs.

Have a good shoot tomorrow.

I dont get down to Arlington much, but have heard that Hurtado BBQ is decent.

I'm more of a Hutchins fan, but that is a bit north of where you will be.

I'll go search for it, my main thing to try, fatty brisket and beef ribs.
