They were doing FAA certifications and crew training at Texoma Regional Airport (Perrin Airforce base)
There was also another outfit flying a CH-47 at the same time but I didn't get any pics that day.

Also had a surprise appearance from a privately owned F-5 doing touch and goes.

The ground crew I talked to were good guys. They answered all of my questions and said they had enjoyed their stay there. They had been training in Alamogordo, New Mexico but came to Texas because that's where the FAA inspector lived. They said it was cheaper and got more flight time in because it was so flat. No altitude changes used less fuel.
