You'll be fine. Run of the mill neighborhood...for portland at least.
Antifa crap goes down on the other side of the willamette river in downtown...I've run into them on Naito parkway on the waterfront. |

Not a bad neighborhood, my wife and I lived in that area back when we lived in Portland and still have friends in that area, never had any problems and seems to still be a normal area, most of the BS happens on the other side of the river.

Don't go to the mall nearby. Lots of gang activity there.
