That's a very good question. Either they are ignorant of the law, or don't care about following the law.
A coworker told me that her and her husband went to a special event at a theater and was told they had to show proof of vaccination before you enter. I told her that the theater was violating state law. I really hate to say it, but we're chumps for following the law when no one else seems to AND gets away with it! |

Last weekend there was a concert at Sloss Furnace with similar rules. They even offered onsite CV19 testing for $40. Either a law was passed to prevent this exact thing from taking place or not. |

I wonder if he would be public about Oak Mtn if he went after them, or if they would just quietly pull down their requirements after a "conversation" with somebody from his office or a letter?
It would be good PR for Marshal if he publicly called them out...or perhaps all we get is his speech today.... |

I started a thread on how to report to the AG and what law to cite. The AG office has to be aware of a violation before they can take action, usually in the form of a warning. It's then up to the violator if they want to escalate things further.
