Introductions to our local Banker, Sheriff, and more come with the sale. Louisiana is only 15 minutes away for culture and we are less than 10 miles from Toledo Bend lake and 40 minutes from San Rayburn lake. There are TONS of outdoor activities here for pig hunting to a shooting preserve a few minutes away to shooting off the back porch out to 431 yards. 1000 yard range is an hour away. 500 yard range with skeet, pistol and rifle out to 500 is 20 minutes away.

We are getting older and need to downsize our lifestyle. This is an opportunity for someone to enjoy what we have for the last years. It truly is "On Golden Pond".
