Whatever it was, I was too tired to go around, so I just stepped over it. Growing up with so much time in the woods, it took me .00001 seconds to see it wasn’t venomous. |

Look just like a snake but they have eyelids and visible eardrums. Also their tail is about 2/3rds of their body, and they can drop it if you pick them up by it. |

I picked one up once and took it to the middle of a country road so the wife could get picks.
Docile little thing. Wife called me every bad name she could think of and got out to take picks while snakey was in striking posture. Eh. |
