Shooter / clerk found not guilty.

Short story; shop clerk was staying in the back room, due to a mix of covid concerns and family problems.  Perps broke in, began perping, clerk grabbed a gun owned by the shop owner, and shot one of the perps.  

Clerk had no avenue of escape (not needed in VA) but it was he said / they said as to the amount of threat he was under.  At the time, it was uncertain of the clerk was a prohibited person, but that was also not relevant if the gun wasn't his and he was under threat.

Clerk spent over a year in pre-trial detention for this.  

So the Soros installed Dehghani-Tafti loses.  Good.  Too bad the guy was in detention for a year.

Disgusting that the clerk was held for so long.
