Could be me.
I just bought a condo in Naples and will establish residence there ASAP while working/based out of Miami.
I will keep a rented house in Indiana but expect to slowly transition to full time FL life over the next two years.
Is it easy to get a CCW permit if I have one in IN? Anything else I should know about gun ownership there?
Thanks in advance.

It is easy to get a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm Licence (FLCWFL). We do not distinguish between resident and non-resident. The licence does not have an address printed on it. So you can start the process anytime and just do a "change of address" online when you decide that Florida is your permanent address.
You can start the process here: https://www.freshfromflorida.com/Divisions-Offices/Licensing/Concealed-Weapon-License.
Your training requirement, for you Indiana license may quality for your Florida licence as we don't put an expiration date on training documents. Acceptable training can be found her:

A few of our firearms laws are in turmoil at the moment, do to some recent changes that are being challenged in the courts. The major one that might affect you is a waiting period for long guns. That one does not apply if you have a FLCWFL.
