I wish I could tell you, but I don't know a specific source.
There's stuff online, but I'm an analog casual freshwater fisherman in a digital world. My guides were late '80s & '90s magazines that likely no longer exist. Good luck, though! ETA - Can any of y'all Tidewater & Bay saltwater fishermen help with a good guidebook?

What part of VA? Off shore, near shore, inshore/brackish, surf? Big fish or specs/reds/striper? I know a few charter captains and a few decent areas. Still learning a lot myself.
