Doesn’t look like it
Apparently it does get stocked with trout.
Probably gets too warm in the summer for trout to survive
Saw something on a discussion group somebody asking the same question as you years ago.
May be some smallmouth and a few other freshwater fish in there.  Probably closer to the river at the mouth.  Freshwater drum maybe?

It’s too far for me for a little stock trout stream to be worth the drive

Thanks for the info!  I have not been back that way in 7 years,
and haven't fished the creek in 32 years.  I think the creek is a
natural boundary for Beaver and may actually part of Allegheny.

Also, if you stumbled onto this dead thread, would you ever fish the Ohio River anywhere just north of Pittsburgh?
