Owner, Mr Han, an elderly Korean guy, is closing. Store is chock-full of mostly clothing, and some field gear. Few modern items, and very few top-tier items to be had at this point. However, this is a REAL A/N surplus store, and not a "T-shirt" shop. Loads of USGI and foreign stuff there.
However, no telling what will appear on the shelves. As I understand it, store is scheduled to close "sometime" in Feb, with declining prices in the meantime.
Full disclosure: Mr Han and I go way back as customer and vendor. I consider him as something close to a friend. He is elderly, and under some pressure, so I suggest going out of your way to be extraordinarily polite, and patient. Your patience and politeness WILL most likely be rewarded.
When buying anything there, make sure to ask how much he
really wants for your items, and make SURE to tell him you will pay IN CASH.
IIRC, Store hours (at last asking) are 0900-1500. That is subject to change.
I will miss this store, because back in the day deals--and even bargains--abounded. Maybe because I was a long-time customer, but Mr Han knew how to make a buck even so. With the closing, I will be there for brief periods on Saturdays with my CB baseball cap, so anyone needing advice can ask me. I'll be happy to help.
I will miss this store very much.
