Can anyone recommend a shop that can assist me with putting my suppressor that’s on a form 4 back on a form 3 so that it’s easier to sell?

You cannot convert a Form 4 NFA item to a Form 3...Form 3's are for dealers 07/SOT transfers only....you are not a dealer 07/SOT.  

If you are selling a Form 4 NFA item, you can only transfer it via another completed and approved Form 4.
