The fee just to be included in the lotto is $10.00. If drawn then the tag is $50.00.

Yep put the wife,son and I all in. Slim odds with only 4 tags but I think it’s awesome someone is going to get chase elk in Missouri

Another money making scheme by MDC. The fee for entering the elk lotto is $10.00 if they get 10,000 entries that would be about $100,000.00

Neither of you are wrong. Every tag I've put in for out of state however, has had a fee associated with it. Also look at the cost of processing all the applications etc, they won't be making $10. And that should go directly to managing the herd directly, not just the general fund. I'm ok with it. Just my 2 cents.
