EFT Electronic fingerprints (not SS kiosk) in AZ?

As far as I can tell the places that did electric in Prescott, no longer do. Anyone have a recommendation to get EFT prints done in AZ? I am willing to go to Flagstaff or Phoenix.

I'm currently working on getting set up here at the ATF Convenience Store to do electronic prints. Likely through wet prints that are then scanned to EFT.

Before I left AZ these guys digitally scanned me and then printed the prints to cards for an out of state agency that would only take cards.
