I'll be driving to Odessa this weekend for the Dragon's Cup USPSA match, Friday-Monday.

Anybody else going?

Any recommendations for places to eat or things to see there?

Don't set your expectations high on food and service in Midland and Odessa, you'll be highly disappointed.

Don't leave anything of value in your car.

If you do have a vehicle you don't want anymore and have decent insurance, Odessa is the best little town in Texas to go to.

All shit aside, most bbq joints are decent here. Pricy but decent. Johnnys BBQ and K.D.'s  in Midland are good
Almost all mex is mex, you'll run into some bland food.
I prefer TexMex and it's hard to find decent TexMex here.

KDs is good. Johnny's, ehhh might as well eat at Dickey's.
Hello Dumpling on Andrew's Highway is new, and really good.

Breakfast burritos: Oscar's Super Burrito on Neely in Midland,  so good.
