Dang! Nobody ever offered me a Walmart gift card for my vote!
There are always a few races in which I don't know or care anything about any candidate. I could probably be tempted. [Just kidding.] As my history teacher in high school (she happened to be Sen. John Stennis' cousin) told our class, "The problem with the secret ballot is that a candidate never knows if you voted the way he paid you to vote." |
