Missouri, House Rep. Adam Schnelting(R-St.Charles) and new incoming Missouri Senator Rick Brattin are proposing a couple new Bills that relate about unlawful/riotous/demonstrating protestors.
Both pre-filed bills that would offer "legal protection".
Schnelting's Bill offers those drivers that strike protestors, if driver is caught in middle of demonstration and tries to flee area from an unlawful or riotous assemblage, if driver believes they're in danger.
Brattins Bill says, that someone who strikes another person with vehicle shouldn't be held liable if those person(s) injured were blocking traffic in public right-of-way, while in protest or demonstration.
Some of this was edited as it's a bit long reading and found in my News Feed from MSM.
If passed, I'm thinking there might be some new Bro-Dozers out on the street in many areas helping the city clean up the trash.
