What part of Virginia? In Virginia Beach we have a drive through clerk‘s office that was open during the shit down.

When Governor Coonman first announced that DLs and vehicle inspection stickers were extended for 4 months, I sent 2 emails to his office asking if CHPs were also extended. The stinking bastards there never answered either of my emails. Fuck him.

Circuit court clerks offices were open during the closure. Shouldn’t be a big deal as you used to have to wait until your permit expired before renewal.

Clerks are open. Print out your application for renewal, bring copies of your valid id and expired chp.
