I miss the old fishing reports from Salmon River.   News doesn’t seem to cover it much.

Any personal or local news about the fish or the attendees?

It’s probably much calmer than the days of snagging with weighted treble hooks. It was Wild West back in the 70s-80s.

I've driven through there (Rte. 3, 13, I-81) several times over the last month and it hasn't been all that busy...sure there are people fishing, but no where near the numbers witnessed in the past unless it was just an off-time when I went through.
