You just need to find the sign up thread and be ready to fail and meet a ton of cool peeps. Each threads OP is pretty good for guidelines. |

Negotiate 5 obstacles, eat 5 peeps while disassembling and reassembling an AK type trash can weapon, run .5 mile, shoot, chug 72 oz of carbonated non-alcoholic beverage in original sealed container(s). If you do a 2 liter you also need 5oz pre-chug/chaser to = 72 oz. 2 liter rootbeer is easiest to chug. There will be penalties.
