...if you know anyone who lives in the city of Cincinnati and votes to elect Democrat council members, ...be sure to tell them thanks, and remind them how stupid they are!

...P.G. (probably guilty) and company not only stepped in the poo once, ...but twice, by appealing their initial court loss, ..thus increasing the amount the ultimately have to reimburse to BFA for legal costs!!!

...get woke, go broke!

For those in the city, remember that the $235K was just what our foundation spent on the case, it doesn't include what the city paid to their attorneys.
And actually the city wasn't done, they had already appealed to the Ohio Supreme Court but fortunately we ended up not having to argue the case there thus saving some $$$.

Thanks to everyone who has supported our Foundation to allow us the ability to float the money required to see these cases through.
Too many times these cities hope they can bankrupt a plaintiff and win by default but we managed to keep arguing and received the exact outcome we told them would happen when we first contacted them over 3 years ago.

JLE, job well done to BFA!

It's quite amazing how our "opponents" have such slavish dedication to their dogma and their collective national anti-gun narrative, that any sense of pragmatism and self-reflection is lost along with the piles of taxpayer money that they so irresponsibly squandered.  ...and to know that other municipalities have lost this fight over ORC 9.68 and had to pay up!  ?

...doesn't seem that the corrupt clowncil members , nor those who would vote to elect them, will ever learn..

You got that right, when their ban was first being discussed we laid out for them exactly what had happened in all the other law suits and what would happen in theirs because we really didn't want to have to float so much in legal fees for an unknown period of time.  They ignored it all and proceeded with a ban that was so blatantly in violation of 9.68 that they had no hope.

It's not their money, they don't care.

No one that voted for them care either.

It will never change.

They probably get personal kickbacks from Bloomberg to tie up your resources.

With the amount of known corruption, I'm sure they wouldn't be bothered to do anything if they didn't personally gain something from doing so.

Anyone shocked that the council and mayoral elections went even further left?

Just more proof Dems could care less about corruption.

Cincinnati had potential to be an example of a large Ohio city not turning into a complete shithole.

Edit, not trying to derail but pissing away taxes on settlements like this, but as was said it's not their money.

I am concerned at what will happen once Bloomburg dies.  You know he is leaving piles of money to his anti-freedom groups.

If some of them suddenly go from a yearly budget to one big pile of money will it embolden them to ramp it up even more?
