Yes it can ship to your house. I had an 1858 .36 and a 1863 .31 shipped to my home. Some states or local governments prohibit shipment of muzzle loader firearms to your house. I think Michigan requires shipment through a FFL for muzzle loader firearms. Texas doesn’t.

The conversion cylinder is not a firearm because it is just a part. Once assembled it may be considered a modern firearm, but that isn't how it was shipped. |

Yes. As long as it isn't a switch barrel type like TC Encore that also takes centerfire and/or shotgun barrels. You can get their barrels mail order, but not the frames. They are treated as regular firearms.
